Two Packages: You Choose Which Suits You Best
You can opt for the Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan or the THRIVE Wellness Coaching Plan.
The Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan focusses on providing you with a bespoke diet and nutrition programme combined with lifestyle strategies to resolve your health symptoms (for example, lifestyle approaches to improve your sleep, manage stress or boost vitality and energy).
The THRIVE Wellness Coaching Plan provides everything from the Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan plus it includes a range of psychological, mind-body and energy-based strategies to support your journey to greater health and well-being. These powerful techniques can literally be life-changing and transformative at a deep level.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan
Before The Consultation
You complete a comprehensive questionnaire which forms the starting point for creating your Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan. I spend some time reviewing this prior to our consultation in order to have an overview of your health status before we meet.
The First Consultation
This session lasts for 90 minutes. We discuss your questionnaire in detail and work together to design a Nutrition Plan that fits with your lifestyle.
Medical Tests
Depending on your health status it may be beneficial for you to have some tests. The most common tests I arrange for clients are listed below. The tests are convenient and easy to use, as they usually involve taking a saliva or hair sample which is then sent to the laboratory for analysis.
Hair Mineral Analysis
This is a very useful test to assess your mineral status (calcium, magnesium, etc.) and to check levels of heavy metals (such as lead)
Hormone Tests
There are several hormone tests available for different health conditions, such as PMS, perimenopause or menopause, or to assess thyroid function
Food Intolerance Tests
My preferred method for assessing food intolerance is an elimination diet. But some people like to have an intolerance test as well, which can be arranged as required
Recipe Plans and Handouts
You are provided with recipe ideas designed to fit with your lifestyle and food preferences. You also get handouts talking about the relationship of nutrition and lifestyle to your particular health conditions as well as handouts outlining any mind-body exercises I may recommend for you.
Nutritional Supplements
Dietary and lifestyle changes are the cornerstone of your Plan. However, occasionally it is valuable to add some nutritional supplements especially if the nutritional analysis and test results show you have vitamin or mineral deficiencies. I recommend which supplements to take and you purchase them at your convenience.
Follow-Ups
Usually clients like to have a follow-up consultation after 4-6 weeks and again at 3 months into the programme. Follow-up appointments last for 1 hour and allow me to assess your progress and adjust your programme as necessary.
On-going Support
You get full support throughout the time we work together. This means you can call me or email me with any questions or concerns.
THRIVE Wellness Coaching Package
The initial stage of the coaching package is the same as outlined above: you will complete the intake questionnaire and have a 90 minute consultation to create your Wellness Plan. This includes a bespoke nutritional plan. We then meet weekly for a 1-hour session which consists of a combination of the following methods, depending upon your unique needs.
These sessions will very quickly help you to retrain your brain and body to experience greater calm, improve mental clarity and insights, and establish emotional balance and equanimity.
Biofeedback
See for yourself how your body physiological reacts to stress and use the equipment to train your body-mind to remain calm even when experiencing challenging situations
Mind-Body Exercises and Energy-Based Strategies
You will learn a range of strategies to promote inner peace, physical vitality, and emotional balance. These techniques can also enhance creativity and intuition
Meditation and Mindfulness
One-to-One Coaching in a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques so you can experience greater calm and ease. This can include guidance in ‘mindful eating’ if this is relevant to your situation
Psychological Strategies
These support you in making lasting change so you achieve your goals and maintain them in the longer-term. You don’t need to apply massive amounts of willpower or struggle to achieve what you want. Instead use these strategies to make the achieving your goals inspiring, rewarding, and fun
On-going Nutrition and Dietary Support
We assess your response to the nutritional changes and adjust eating and supplement plan as needed
On-going Support
Support by email or phone in between appointments is provided with your plan.
