Dawn Hamilton’s greatest pleasure comes from supporting her clients to make positive changes and witnessing them experience greater health and happiness.
Dawn has been studying health and wellbeing since her teenage years, when she discovered yoga and meditation. She has a lifelong passion for nutrition and knows from personal experience the positive impact it has on the mind and body.

Dawn’s Training and Experience
To recover from a mild case of burnout early in her career when she worked in the City Dawn turned to her childhood passions of psychology, nutrition, & Eastern practices such as yoga & meditation for support.
She quit her job to go travelling for a year & spent several months in India. When she came back to the UK she decided to train professionally in these subjects & make them the focus of her career. She has been supporting people in her role as Wellness Coach, Therapist, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Management Trainer, Presenter, and Author for nearly 20 years.

She loves energy-based therapies, meditation, and yoga and has taken several professional trainings in these subject. In addition she has been practicing qigong for about 15 years (qigong is a meditative movement practice offering many health benefits).
Having a desire for understanding the science behind these approaches from a Western mindset, Dawn confesses to being a bit of a neuroscience nerd who loves exploring the latest discoveries about the brain. Along similar lines she spent 3 years training in Biofeedback with Isobel Maxwell-Cade, where she practiced on the ‘Mind Mirror’ an EEG machine that monitors your brainwave pattern. which This equipment enables people to the body-mind to enter very deep meditative states quickly and easily.

She lives in London and when she isn’t working she enjoys eating out, going to the theatre, watching movies, attending improvisation classes, playing African drums, tending her garden, and having fun with her friends.
